The Yorkshire Supremes Show Majorettes were formed in 1998 by Emma Crossley and Michelle Nightingale. We initially had a senior section and in total had no more than 10 members which grew to around 25 members of all ages by the end of the first season and had every section possible dancing by the time of the Universals. Our successes began throughout our very first season, winning Senior Dance Twirl Rose Bowl.
Our aim has always been to promote the sport of majorettes and help girls and boys of all ages and abilities to reach their full potential. This has been very rewarding and successful, as our numerous trophies and awards show. We have also been recognised on T.V, featuring on Calendar, Blue Peter and Richard and Judy. In the past 8 years we have seen the troupe grow in numbers and strength and hope to see this continue in future years.
